Hi, I'm using ISPConfig 3.3.0p2 under Ubuntu 24.04.3. I notice that under Server Load, Users Online is reported wrong. It shows 10 while there is only 1 ssh user logged in. Why is this or what number is this Users Online represented? In previous ISPConfig version, Users Online is only the number of logged in ssh users. Thank you.

ISPConfig shows the number of users that are logged in as reported by the Linux system. But this number is not updated in real-time. So if you see just one user at the moment and ISPConfig shows 10 users, then there were 10 users logged in at the moment ISPConfig gathered the data of the OS, while there was just one user logged in at the time you checked it on the shell.

Thank you for your reply. The server is new and no one else has SSH access. It's not really possible that at one time there was 10 users logged in. I just checked and the Users Online has gone up to 12 now.
