When a new site is created within ISPConfig the DEFAULT co-domain settings for each site are: IP Hostname Domain Where: IP = the IP-address of the website Hostname = <blank> Domain = the site's domain Since i have added a an extra co-domain with www as the Hostname, everytime i add a new user for new domains, i see: [email protected] in stead of [email protected]. (as before) Why the extra "www" from now on? I want to know if this is normal or is there something wrong and to worry about? Please let me know, Hans
I did not see that thread before but i have read it all now. I think i can sleep tonight without any worry. Do i also understand that the reason is to help to prevent SPAM by adding @www. ? Hans
No, the reason is a bug in the code that renders the frontend that is already solved in SVN and will be solved in the next release
