xoops & ISPConfig

i'm not sure that this is right thread, but i have one problem which i have tried to solve with webstergd and on his initiative i'm transferring our conversation here.

Third (my response) ,
To me it sounds as if your problem is with the xoops system itself and not permissions of files and directories. Are you able to add bocks and have you checked the permissions of the modules? From my experience you need to work in the administrator panel in 2 seperate areas in order to have the permission and then to add and change the modules. Specifically, there are 2 areas you need to work with permissions(from my memory) not just one.

Hopefully this helps. If it doesn't help please post and hopefully someone else will respond with a more direct answer. Also, please try posting at www.xoops.org they might also have more insite and knowledge on this subject.

regarding permissions: i've tried to do all that from admin module so if admin don't have all rights who have

Please check the permissions of the xoops directories and files, and make sure you disable PHP Safe Mode in ISPConfig for that web site.
