If the disc is hot swappable, replace it. If the data on it is backed up, you could try rebooting, it might reinitialize correctly. Still the disc is currently faulty for a reason, so replacing is the best course of action.
If you don't have hot swap, first check, that you have GRUB installed on both drives, or you might have problem booting up server (if failed drive is first drive). Usualy boortloader is installed only on hda.
