Zabbix wicht Ispconfi = ERROR 503 - Service Unavailable!

Good Morning,
Please, does anyone know why this error occurs, the system was working normally:

CentOS 7.8.2003 (Core)
ISPConfig 3.1.15p3
Zabbix 5.0

Today I went to check, and the same is giving error!

ns2 seafiber com br /zabbix/
ERROR 503 - Service Unavailable!

The other services are normal, I already checked and the services are running normally without errors .:
zabbix-server
zabbix-agent

Please, can someone help me correct this error?

Are you running ISPConfig and Zabbix on the same host?
Are all services running on that host? I do not know CentOS so this command may not work:

Yes, both systems are on the same host, they always run perfectly, so now I have this doubt, as I am sure that it did, because now it is in error.

Well, you have 3 failed services. One is php, thats why your site is not working.
Maybe it would be a good idea to restart that service? If that fails, you will get an error message that will help (at least if you search the error on google)

 

I checked, and the two errors are corrected, the PHP-FPM error corrected as well, you can see that it is running normal.

But you still have the error to access Zabbix.

Now another mistake to help further complicate the situation, at this moment is accusing:
ERROR 404 - Not Found!

Note, other web services, everything is normal, just Zabbix that was correct before, now I no longer have access.

What do you see in log files when that error occurs?
Have you checked again that all services are now running?

 

Yes, all services are running, Zabbix, Apache, ISPConfig, Postfix, Mailman, etc ... after checking the status = running and without errors, there must be some configuration on the same ISPConfig.

Look in the log files.
What log files have you examined so far? The website log should have something, at least.

 

I checked the apache log and the following errors or denied access as attached.
Nor does AWStats statistically load, it has some directories within / web that no longer have access, before they had normal access.

So, I am almost sure that something is wrong with ISPConfig, it is causing these problems.

That sentence is hard to understand, but if permissions or owners of directories and files have changed, that would explain why site is not longer working.
You posted a screenshot of some log, but did not specify full pathname to log file. And why screenshot? Can you not cut and paste the text?
Have you looked at the log files for that website? They are in the log/ directory, which is in same directory level as the web/ directory. So if you are in web/ directory, do

Only this error in the log error.log, which shows, however, no Zabbix information when trying to access it.

Try fixing that error, whether it is involved with zabbix problem or not.

I have never needed to adjust php output buffering. If it is changed in your host, I would turn it back to default value and test if that fixes the error.

I solved my problem, now everything correct correct.

I disabled the entry: php-fpm.service
I installed and enabled the entry: rh-php72-php-fpm.service

There, it's back to normal.
