Hi All I have setup ispconfig on Ubuntu 11.04. I use it mainly for Email for some of my customers. The Ubuntu server is a Citrix VM running on a static ip 1.2.3.4. I have full control over this server and it is also a static ip accessible from the net. I use ZoneEdit to handle my DNS related issues. Server was working fine untill some customers emails started bouncing. I host multiple domains on this VM but have never had the need to setup any kind of DNS records on the ISPConfig server since I just forward it from ZoneEdit to the server. The error the customers are getting is the following. Connection Refused: IP Address <1.2.3.4> - HELO/EHLO Invalid or Non-Existent Reverse DNS Obviously its a DNS issue and I would like to know what you suggest I do to resolve this. Do I handle this in Zoneedit or on the IspConfig server itself. Thanks
