On Fedora the path should be DNS zone file shoule be created in /var/named/chroot/var/named Specifying this in Management -> Setting -> DNS -> Zonefiles Dir resets the path to /etc/bind which does not exist It will save /var/named and create zone files in /var/named but I need to change it to /var/named/chroot/var/named for DNS to restart properly. Why doesn't it accept /var/named/chroot/var/named Thanks in advance
Please change the zonedir permissions as described here, then you should be able to change it in ISPConfig too: http://www.howtoforge.com/perfect_server_fedora7_p4
