Zonefiles Directory Error

I recently added a website with dns to my server, and noticed that their dns did not get setup properly. According to the web interface everything about dns is setup properly, except one entry.

Under ISP Server "Settings" and "DNS" my Zonefiles Dir: seems to be set wrong. It is set to /etc/bind (That directory doesn't exist on my machine). My zonefiles that were created properly before are stored in /var/named/chroot/var/named/, so I've just tried changing the entry here to that... when I change it, it just switches back to /etc/bind right away.

Does anyone have any input on this problem? I'm guessing that maybe a system update broke this a while ago, but I just didn't notice because the dns zone files that were already created continued to work fine, it's just that new ones don't create properly.
