  1. creates local DB, etc.
  2. creates new user in master DB
  3. always stops reporting lost connection to server. Connection is still ok, the problem is only when it performs the " Adding PHP version(s) to ISPConfig" step.
I don't know how to solve. Tried to rollback server's snapshot and try again, but I've same experience. It creates a new user in master DB, then hangs with same error:...

Seemd to be ok but same time I needed to add new server to my structure. Never was a problem but this time installation went ok but i cant add any e-mail user. I investigated logs and it seems that in ISPC database is missing (not needed anymore)

I have a question about upgrading Ubuntu 220.4 to 24.04.

I'm currently running ISPConfig version 3.3.1.

Do I need to do anything special, or can I simply upgrade Ubuntu and then run `sudo ispcp_update.sh --force` without SSL, or is that unnecessary since ISPConfig has been running the latest version for a few days?

My plan is to run `sudo apt update && sudo apt full-upgrade -y`, followed by `sudo reboot` and `sudo do-release-upgrade`.

It's not a problem for me to write it, but I want to be sure that the workflow and the commands are right: i've seen that the quotas are set with maildirmake -q "QUOTA"S MAILDIR USER and written under the table mail_user in the DB.

Any tips on how I can get the files back so I can force update? I may have done and "apt update" that blew away the files not sure. Mail accounts are there but can't send or receive mail and can't update with missing files. Websites work fine.
