Thanks! I went to /etc/apache2/conf.d/roundcube.conf I added php_admin_value open_basedir /var/www/webmail now it works :) this is the part...
I installed roundcube on my server with ISP Config 3. when i go to my ip x.xx.xxx.x/webmail I do see the roundcube webmail login and it works.....
Separate names with a comma.
