hi, i can't see any errors in the log files. it's really unusual coz my test and webserver box have the same configuration. i even reinstalled...
i have a webserver installed. when i try to download a file from the server it will just give me 2kbps download rate which is way below my normal...
is this possible in debian etch? that will prevent user to see other processes that 's been run by different UID.
