ISPConfig3 - ERROR 403

Hi,

I have a ispconfig 3 server and one of my clients can't connect to the site. It appears: "Error - 403", but from other IP address it's OK. It's stoped to work, but it worked. I don't now what happened.


Log file:

Which server distribution you are using??

 

It's an old setup by an old employee.

Running Ubuntu Server 11.10

but... from my machine this site works. from the client network, appears "error 403".

how to check apache directives?

 

Apache directives are empty.

 

Any ideas?

from one ip, get error 403, other ip, ok.
Idk what's happening.

 

Maybe the ip is blocked in the vhost conf file.

Wordpress security plugin blocked source IP after 20 bad logins in wp-admin page.
