    I am a user of ISPConfig3.
I have set-up a test of 3.1 beta on Ubuntu 16.04 following the howto step by step. Excellent (as ever).
LetsEncrypt worked out of the box for 6 web site web server.
Is there / will there be a howto for LetsEncrypt -> Email & DKIM?

There is no howto as far as I know, but @florian030 might be able to answer this question better as he is our Dkim specialist.

Why do you want to use Lets Encrypt with DKIM? DKIM creates it`s own key-pair and the validation is done using the public-key in the DNS.

    Thank you for your "steer".
I think that I have done as you imply.
When I have been able to test I'll post back.

Getting certificate mismatch from IMAP clients, requiring manual override.
Created sub domains with intent to recreate certs with "Alternate" names added.
Do not seem to be able to trigger a new lets encrypt reissue.
    Is there a way?

IMAP has nothing to do with DKIM. You can use ay cert for imap/smtps. But you can not use multiple certs with postfix.

Apologies for the confusion - I should have started a separate thread.
