There is more then one recycle bin! Please have a look in all recycle bin. maybe you added the email address as alias to another user of the same web.
listen i open the recycle bin from the client page , i dont see any thing but when i open as administrator - main i see the users the i delete but but when i tried to delete it doesnt delete why ? ________ VAPORIZER

Never change the ISPConfig database manuallly! All the errors you're experiencing now are caused by your changes! The best way to solve this is to uninstall ISPConfig and make a clean install again (and don't change the database!).
