ACK blasted spammer has gotten me blacklisted... how to fix? and fix?

    I thought I understood the whitelists - I added the email to the spam whitelist. had to add it as:
    Spamfilter whitelist:
    Server ns9.cdbsystems.com user @cdbsystems.com whitelisted email: [email protected]

    but it obviously is not being whitelisted. does the ns9.cdbsystems.com cause a problem?

    Did you try to whitelist the whole @ns9.cdbsystems.com subdomain?
    Did you run the suggested sa-update?
