I get the same output in my log. I've tried to set global read-, write- and execute perimission to the /var/run/courier/authdaemon/ directory and SUID to maildrop, neither helped. When I run "authtest [email protected]" I get Code: Authenticated: [email protected] (uid 5000, gid 5000) Home Directory: /home/vmail Maildir: mydomain.tld/user/ Quota: 0 Encrypted Password: XXXXX Cleartext Password: (none) Options: (none) So it seems that the authentication works fine. But when I run "maildrop -d [email protected]" I get Code: Invalid user specified.
