After a clean new install of ISPConfig 3.1 got 403 Errors

    Have set to PHP-FPM now. Anything else to do?

    Now, FormTools works!

    Thanks a lot. Need no to install OwnCloud and see that will work!

    Just one more question: if use the domain only, I got the Welcome page from ISPC. I could that delete and the related index.html as well?

    Yes, you can delete the index.html file when there is another index file like index.php in the same folder.
