After Apache2 Re install - lost access to admin and all sites

Hello,
I reinstalled apache2 due to some errors of ennv variables missing
i am getting refused to connect error after reinstalling it.
Please suggest and help me resolve the issue.

Connect to where?
You may need to force reconfigure services to get Apache back, if this is ISPConfig setup.

Hello Taleman, Yes Sir , Its the same problem , And you can see my steps i have taken.

 

I am also getting lots of bruteforce every now and then.

 

I have no idea what that means.
Does PHPMyadmin work on that host? Try repairing the database table with that.
Also, what shows

Is it because of checkroot ? i am a novice admin but a fast learner. Any help will be much appreciated, recognized in a review where required

Chkrootkit probably has no part here. But did you check its log in case it removed some important file?
Did you check if PHPMyAdmin works? Repearing with that would be easy.

An alternative is to restore database from the backups you keep.

 

I fixed all the databases and tables with this
