Hi all there: I have ispconfig 3 running over a debian lenny. All works fine but since a couple of days alias doesn't work... I have this line in my /etc/apache2/apache2.conf: Alias /webmail /usr/share/squirrelmail So, all my clients could connect to squirrelmail by writing www.domain.com/webmail But as I was saying, since a couple of day, this doesn't work and they only get a 404 page... Can you say me where is the problem?? or better, where a can looking for to solve my problem?? Thanks a lot!!
This most likely happened because you added a website were you selected the IP address and not * in ISPConfig. So this new website is now responsible for all requests that are not assigned to another vhost which includes the requests from the alias directives.
Yes, I have thought about it but I haven't been able to test it... (And I have no time) I solved my problem by creating a symlink as you said in another thread... Thanks a lot, till, you are the best!!
