Can anyone explain why I get randomly messages tagged UNCHECKED. i know that is normal with encrypted messages. I my case they are not encryted. For example yesterday I got two messages from the same sender within some minutes, one get UNCHECK the next on not. Under which circumstances UNCHECKED is set. Mailserver running ISPConfig. Sorry, my crystal ball is not working right now. Post the corresponding lines of the mail log file. Happens for example, if you are low on ram and virus scanning fails.
Solved, found post from Till mv /run/clamav /run/clamav_x restart clamav The reason was clamav stoped randomly
