    Hi,

Can anyone help me with log rotation problem. Logfile retention time in ISPC www option doesnt work. I have 31 days set but log stays over 4-5 months. More... somehow on some www logs are compressed and some of them not. I dont see any option (zip.gzip) in ISPC Panel. Third thing.. can I apache error log make rotated for n-days with compression? Thanks

Does ISPConfig panel have setting for logfile retention? Where is it?
On my hosts running Debian GNU/Linux 10 it is logrotate that removes old logfiles, compresses the next latest log, names the old log files accordingly etc..

Seems as if your system is not running the ispconfig cron.sh once a minute if logs don't get rotated properly. Check with:

    crontab -l

command, run as root, if all required cronjobs are in place. And check you are using latest ISPConfig version.

Hi.. checked .. it was ok... but I found the problem... those unrotated ones was missed mount lilnes in fstab file.
