ISPConfig uses it's own apache for the controlpanel on port 81. Please try to replace the apachecontrol script: /root/ispconfig/httpd/bin/apachectl with the script in the attached .zip file. On some Fedora 3 and 4 installations the apache dies when it is graceful restarted. In the attached script the graceful restart is replaced by restart. Till
