I'm looking at the API examples that are in the tar.gz file, and tried the domains_get_all_by_user.php script. It fails while checking if 'domains_get_all_by_user' is included in $session['remote_functions'] list, which is it not. I have a remote user setup with the Sites Domain functions group selected. Should 'domains_get_all_by_user' be included in that group? EDIT never mind, I found the 'Domaintool functions' category at the bottom of the list.
