This is what I have for now: var/mail var/www var/lib/mysql root/ispconfig home/admispconfig So when my main harddrive crashes I at least got an backup of the mysql and www and mail files. If it crashes I have to make an new install anyway. So then I only need to resetup all the client websites, but I can backup those settings from withing the ispconfig backup tool right? So basicly I got everything. At least thats what I think
The settings are in ISPConfig's database which you already back up (/var/lib/mysql). However, most configuration files are in /etc, so you should really back that one up as well.
