I have read through all the threads here but cannot find an answer that solves my problem.

I have 4 sites configured via ISPConfig 3 but recently one of those has started throwing a 404 error when I try to access the page.

Any suggestions on where to start looking?

Please check your webserver logs, Maybe you can get some info. That will allow us to help you better. 404 means page not found.

I'm checking the logs - but nothing is jumping out at me so far from either the error or access logs - can't see any reference to either the stats directory or the 404 in the logs.

Is there another log I should be checking?

I know what the 404 is just can't understand why only one domain is throwing the error - all the rest are OK, and the directory and files are there on the domain that isn't working they are at

    /var/www/clients/client0/web1/web/stats/

and is owned by root (as are the other sites stats folder) - all the awstats html files are also owned by root, index.php is owned by web1
