Hello everyone, for my customer, I wanted to offer Mail backup and restore. Is there a good way to do it (besides tar'ing /var/vmail/)? Like, any web interface or stuff? Kind Regards ZeroEnna
If I remember correctly, we have a mail backup function in ISPconfig master branch already, this will be part of the 3.1 release.
Yes, I think so. The major thing that remains for the release is the new UI that we are working on already.
You can use tons of solutions to backup and revocer anything. But not every solution could be used within the interface to allow a customer to restore something by himself. Beside this: personally, i did´nt like to backup files to a cloud and don´t know where the files are physically stored.
