Hello - I am a new Linux user and am currently working on my Bachelor's Degree in IT with Advanced Cyber Security. I am enrolled in a Linux Fundamentals class and am curious about live patching. For executing rebootless updates which technologies would experienced users recommend using? I have seen Ksplice, kpatch, and kGraft recommended in various articles I have read but is one better than the others? Or are there other technologies available that can be used for rebootless updates that experienced users would recommend?
Ubuntu already support that for its kernel. For 18.04 the support is up to 10 years (5 years free and the balance is not).
