Hi i am trying to invoice recurring items with are invoiced every 12 months, but i need to invoice items from 2013 first and then the 2014 period. is that possible? i have tried with different "start date" and "next payment" but i can't find a way to make invoicements for an older period, even if it wasn't invoiced yet. is that a bug or is it just not possible? thanks & have a good new years eve KoS
i have found a solution: on the recurring item: start date: before the next payment, e.g. 2013-01-01 next payment: 2014-01-01 and then for the "make invoices": Until date has to be in the "first round" on 2014-01-01 and then for the second round 2015-01-01, so i'll get in the first round invoiced items with the period 2013-01-01 until 2013-12-31 and in the second one 2014-01-01 until 2014-31-12.
