Your server has not enough entropy to generate dnssec keys and the haveged package seems to be missing on your server. Install haveged with apt and change a setting in your dns zone so that ispconfig tries to generate the zone again.
dig works now! Thanks so much!!! So that cron job was working then but it was just having that error? So just uncomment it?
There were two errors, the cron job had been interrupted, so the .lock file was present. It must have worked before, otherwise you would not had the zone config file. And the reason why the zone config file was not included in named.conf.local was that the dnssec signing failed due to low entropy on your server. you can activate the cronjob again now and set log level back to error.
