Bounce or drop incoming mail to specific alias(es)? (exclude from catch-all)

Hi all,

I'm just wondering if there's a way I can reject (with unknown user reply) or just drop (without) incoming email to a specific address?

e.g. I've set-up a catch-all forwarder [at]somedomain.tld, but would like to reject anything sent to auser[at]somedomain.tld to be bounced by the daemon with user unknown, and anything sent to anotheruser[at]somedomain.tld to be dropped (no forwarding (via the catch-all) or reply with user unknown).

I don't see any obvious way to select whether the mail is rejected or simply dropped, but in most cases I can take either; I'll have a play with it to see what can be done.
