Can I configure email piping through ISPConfig3

    Instead of piping email to osticket you can use osticket to fetch the mails from a pop3 or imap mailbox.

    Sorry for pulling this up again. It seems this doesn't work on Ubuntu 14.04 with dovecot. (I'm getting no error but also nothing happens with the mail i try to pipe to WHMCS) Is there a different syntax for sieve?

    The Sieve filtering language has no function to pipe email to a sctipt.

    Why are custom rules only available to admin user? This makes it harder for customer to pipe emails.

    Is that in the forward's or editing the email mailbox? Again, I don't want real mbox's for department mail. Just a virtual alias and pipe to program if that alias is matched in rules.
