Cannot empty DNS recycle bin

I understand this is a somewhat peculiar problem we are facing here.

At least could someone help me get rid of this record from the database so that I can use my url again?

Unfortunately it wont let me. It gives an error I described above

Except if you mean to do it straight on the database in which case I will need some guidance please.

I managed to do that through the interface. Just renamed the domain, and re-created the original.
It doesnt feel very ok, and oi oi oi, when the update comes i will be terrified. But for now it works.
