I Cant you reach ISPConfig panel at all? This site can’t be reached 0.0.0.0.0 took too long to respond.
Did you try as I suggested using the " ... without dns record" method? That does not look like a valid IP -address. Are you running browser on that same host where you have ISPConfig installed?

On your workstation, the computer where you use browser, change the hosts file so it has a line with IP-number and hostname of your server. You say "this my host file" but is it only that one line? That line does not look like a valid hosts file line. The FAQ about name based websites has this example line: Code: 192.168.0.100 www.mydomain.com mydomain.com
