Sorry, incnetworks is the company name

 

146.145.195.66 is mapped to the private IP 172.16.2.1. right now there is no firewall rules on the public IP and all the requests coming on the public IP are forwarded to this private IP.

And on the Basis tab, you have www as hostname and incnetworks.com as domain?

 

No. I have ns1 as hostname and incnetworks.com as domain name. I have added an A record :
www A 172.16.2.1
in the pri.incnetworks.com in the DNS file

Ok, then you have to add www.incnetworks.com on the Co-Domains tab (www as hostname, incnetworks.com as domain).
