in recent 3.1, a client cannot set a password for a shell/ssh account, the Password field is set readonly (the 'Repeat Password' field is not) - is this a bug, or do I have a configuration option set somewhere which prevents that? You can hit the Generate Password button and set a random one.

Ah, I see - the Password field is not readonly at first, you can edit both the Password and Repeat Password. After hitting Generate Password, the Password field is set readonly, but Repeat Password is not. I'm not sure if both should be readonly or neither, but something seems confusing / like a bug there?
