Certificate replacement issue

added www. to subdomain in CP and site is back onlie. No reason it was deleted. No idea how or why. And, if it's listed in the .vost, why is it ignored if it's not in CP? Shouldn't Apache read the .vhost file regardless of the ISPConfig DB info?

recheck what you posted against what you have in your vhost file now the auto-subdomain is set.

also, how many ip's does that server have? (www.)ti-vault.com and (www.)rcsconsulting.com resolve to a different ip to (www.)rcs.consulting.
if they really are all supposed to be on one server/vhost, it's probably better if they all resolve to the same ip address, could avoid unexpected problems done the line when if something gets changed/moved.

 

You're correct. I mis-read the alias. www.rcs.consulting was missing but is now there.
Not sure where you're seeing the two different IPs for the sites. Our authoritative DNS and Google's DNS servers are returing:

ti-vault and rcs.consulting are fine, as is rcsconsulting.com on a different IP. Need the separate IP for rcsconsulting for services other than www on different servers. It's all good.
