cgroups or other way to limit php-fpm website cpu

    If this feature is needed, and by many, perhaps collect money from the admins who need this feature and pay for the development?

    ISPConfig is developed by its users, it's OpenSource software. So if a topic is open for 5 years, then all this shows just that nobody really needs it, otherwise someone would have developed it or would have funded development for it.

    Yes, it would be nice to have it, but it was not a show-stopper to any larger ISP till now. Some ISPs run thousands of ISPConfig servers.
