Change IP address to domain

I already installed mail server with roundcube following this tutorial

http://www.howtoforge.com/perfect-s...2-php-mysql-pureftpd-bind-dovecot-ispconfig-3

Now I can acces my roundcube with this address

http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/webmail

If I want to change http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/webmail to mail.mydomain.com

What should I do ?
Which file i should change or create ?
