I recently had a server virtual hosting software crash and went back to ISP Config 2, and I made the mistake is using:
    postconf -e 'home_mailbox = Maildir/'
    postconf -e 'mailbox_command ='
    /etc/init.d/postfix restart

Instead of reading the *Please note: You do not have to do this if you intend to use ISPConfig on your system as ISPConfig does the necessary configuration using procmail recipes. But please go sure to enable Maildir under Management -> Server -> Settings -> EMail in the ISPConfig web interface.

and I would like to have ISP Config to control the mail, and it seems anything I do in shy of starting over fresh. Anything will help.

    Thanks,

What you did is perfectly ok. Nothing to worry about. :)
