    Current Situation:
(1)Got a static IP from my ISP (say xxx.xx.xxx.xx), subnetmask 255.255.255.255, Default Gateway xxx.xx.yyy.y (First two fields of static IP and default gateway are same i.e. xxx.xx), DNS 8.8.8.8
(2)Got a Cisco RV042 Router which is a DUALWAN router as i want to use two different Static IP addresses from two different ISP so that my webserver remains accessible in case one ISP service goes down. ALTHOUGH SECOND ISP'S CONNECTION IS JUST APPLIED AND YET TO COME SO THAT I HAVE ONLY ONE ISP AT PRESENT.
(3)Installed ubuntu server 14.04 LTS using its CD rom on my server PC. During installation the Cisco router was connected. Installation steps correctly detected internet settings (at least no error was shown).
(4)No internet access and #sudo apt-get install .... fails to install anything
(5)SOME PING RESULTS ARE AS BELOW:
    #ping 192.168.1.101 SUCCESSFUL 0% loss
    #ping 192.168.1.1 SUCCESSFUL 0% loss [192.168.1.1 IS MY ROUTER'S INTERNAL IP]
#ping xxx.xx.yyy.y FAIL 100% LOSS [xxx.xx.yyy.y] is default gateway provided by ISP
#ping xxx.xx.xxx.x FAIL 100% LOSS [xxx.xx.xxx.x] is static IP provided by ISP
    # ping 8.8.8.8 FAIL 100% LOSS [8.8.8.8 is Google's DNS server]
    # ping 74.125.224.72 FAIL 100% LOSS [ 74.125.224.72 IP ADDRESS OF GOOGLE.COM]
.........................................................IN SHORT I AM NOT ABLE TO ACCESS ANYTHING OUTSIDE MY LAN. NEITHER CAN I USE apt-get to install a web browser.
From other PC at my home (i.e. from WAN TO LAN), using another ISP i can ping as below:
#ping xxx.xx.yyy.y SUCCESSS 100% WHERE xxx.xx.yyy. y is default gateway of my ISP
#ping xxx.xx.xxx.x FAIL 100% LOSS WHERE xxx.xx.xxx.x is external IP address of my router (STATTIC IP provided by my ISP)
........................................................MY ISP SAID THERE IS NO NEED TO CHANGE CISCO RV042 ROUTER'S SETTINGS EVEN IF I SOMEHOW MANAGE TO GET ITS WEB UI 192.168.1.1 BY INSTALLING FIREFOX ON MY SERVER. I ALSO FEEL THE PROBLEM LIES IN SETTING GATEWAY. CAN ANYONE HELP? thanks in advance.

(5)OUTPUT OF COMMAND AND MY CONFIG FILES ARE AS BELOW:
