Hey, so there is this CP client user that is supposed to be able to change the PHP version for a website (in this case from php 8.1 to php 8.3). I configured the client limits like in the screenshot below (the web server in question has been added to the list in the limits tab) These are the settings for the CP user of the client The user can see the new PHP 8.3 version in the dropdown of the site and can select it and save changes. Then the red balloon pops up, showing only this: When the balloon goes away, the client goes to check the PHP Version of the site, and it is still PHP 8.1 - so no changes were made. A general admin user with full permissions can make the change though with no problems. The website in question belongs to the same client that the CP user belongs to. The site uses PHP-FPM Webserver runs on Debian 11 Additional PHP version (8.5) installed like here: https://www.howtoforge.com/ispconfig-php-debian/ ispconfig version 3.3.0p2 Is this possible for a CP client user? How do I have to configure permission to allow this? I would really appreciate any help.
You created this website as admin for the client and have client protection feature enabled under System > Interface config. This feature limits the ability of clients can change configs in their sites to prevent that they mess things up on managed sites.
