I recently installed Ubuntu on VBox, also installed Additions to it which also installed the OpenGL. Then installed compiz fusion, but it simply is not working. 3D acceleration is enabled in VBox. Solutions to get it working, suggestions anything welcome. thank you.
I don't know if VirtualBox is passing your graphics card through to the VM; I guess VirtualBox uses its own (emulated) graphics card, and that's why 3D effects do not work.
is there a way to make it work, because i see people doing it on youtube, how? any additional addons or plugins or anything else?
