Hello, I have a running ISPCONFIG 3 server and most website that I host show the red sign " connection is not secure" in the web browser.. I read somewhere that I need to install some SSL certificate... Can you please tell me if this the solution ?
Is there a good tutorial to install SSL certificate on ISPCONFIG 3

Yes, that's the main piece of securing your connection.
If you're running a current ISPConfig server with certbot installed, you can simply check the "SSL" and "Let's Encrypt" checkboxes for the website and (assuming your dns is setup) it will configure a certificate within a couple minutes. If it doesn't just work, see the Let's Encrypt faq post in these forums for troubleshooting steps.
