But after changing the existing password. It shows " connection to storage server failed ". Then I changed the dovecot from /etc/dovecot/conf.d/99-ispconfig-custom-config.conf auth_cache_ttl = 0 auth_cache_negetive_ttl=0 But even though, after changing user password. It takes almost 5 minutes to clear the cache. Environment ------------------------------- Ubuntu 22.04 apache2 ISPconfig 3.2
The password change has to propagate. This can take 2-3 minutes and might require the user to re-login through Roundcube.
