Running a Debian Sarge setup. Everything is working after following the howto, but I am confused on one aspect. When logging in through pop3 (havent tested imap), I have to authenticate with the username@domain, rather than just username. Is this intentional based on the setup, or should I be able to get in via just the username? Regards, Chris
Which tutorial are you referring to (URL)? If it is this one: http://www.howtoforge.com/virtual_postfix_mysql_quota_courier , then it's correct that you log in with the email address because you're delaing with virtual users, not system users.
