Install automysqlbackup, it takes database dumps daily and stores them. It finds new databases automatically do so little risk of forgetting to add new database to backup schedule.
And you should add a regular full server backup, e.g. with the software duplicity. If your server is a virtual server, then probably your server hoster offers an option for full snapshot backups as well.
