Hi guys, can someone point me in the right direction in order to use php 5.6 & php 7 for different websites ?
I tried the upgrade to php7 but a few websites will no longer work.
Ive found one guide online but in debian stretch php-fpm is no longer available for php5, only for php 7 ...
    Help would be much appreciated

When using ISPConfig there is tutorial on how to install additional PHP versions and configure per website which version PHP to use.
If not using ISPConfig, you have to do the same setups manually. I do not know how this is done.
Additional PHP versions for Debian GNU/Linux can be installed from Ondrej Sury repository: https://deb.sury.org/
