Hi. I'd like to create a subdomain for my Wordpress blog for hosting media files. The recomended way for doing this is to create a domain which points to the main site's wp-content folder. Is it possible to do something like this in ISPConfig? thanks
Can you please explain further? From what I can see by adding a subdomain I can only say if it's a redirect or something like that. I basically need to create a new host which points to an existing web directory
You don't need a redirect, just click on new subdomain, select the website and enter the subdomain part and press save.
If you did not install the WordPress that shall handle this domain into the main web directory, then use a vhost subdomain instead.
