disable deprecated for cron on debian10

    where to disable deprecated messages for ispconfig cron script
    Function strftime() is deprecated in /usr/local/ispconfig/server/lib/classes/cron.inc.php

    strftime is not deprecated in any supported php version; the message indicates your system is misconfigured (you are using an unsupported default php version).
