    Hi!
I have set up via Ubuntu 20.xx / Ngnix / Ispconfig 3.1.2., I am in despair because I can not find the setting, so that Letsencrypt issues the certificate. :(:(
I had already managed once with success, but then deleted the site and set up again and since then it no longer works.
I get the error that LetsEncrypt does not find the wwwdotexampledotcom. (www) in DNS.

    ********

Lets Encrypt Log Error (More see Txt file):
DNS problem: NXDOMAIN looking up A for www dot example dot com - check that a DNS record exists for this domain","status": 400

Do you have an idea, this must not be a big issue, but do not get on here.
Thank you in advance for your tips and recommendations!!:):)

Have you set up your ISPConfig nameservers as nameserver for this domain?

Hi! I used those from my domain provider Ghandi!

Okay, that means you have to set up the records with that provider and not in ISPConfig

Please don't use bold text for no reason.

You haven't added a www record with your provider, according to the picture.

Before I set up a cname record:
    www 3600 IN CNAME hosting.xxxx
This was not working and I thought the error occurred from this record!
Shall I apply a A record to the public domain?
www 3600 in A public domain
